We have booked double room with refrigerator, AC, as for instance for 2 nights. The staff was amiable and great to deal with.

It got quite warm in the afternoon with no air conditioning. The convenient location near a tram stop made it easy to get around. My stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness.

Quiet place, I liked pretty friendly personnel.

I had nice and fine room here with balcony, double bed plus refrigerator. The hotel was in a decent location, in nearby square. Also, this property was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like Asian Arts Museum.

The receptionist was rude and dismissive, nearly causing a scene. The lack of basic amenities like soap and toilet paper. The area felt unsafe and isolated, with few dining options around.

Staff were friendly and pretty friendly.

Parking situation was confusing. Only to find out the lot was half empty the next morning, rendering the previous guidance suspect. The gym's limited equipment could disappoint fitness enthusiasts. There were issues with cleanliness, such as stains on the sheets and a general lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. Noise from outside was quite noticeable, along with signs of moisture running down the walls of my room.

Pure braw stay! The room was cracking with a full kitchenette and comfy bed. Staff were dead sound, even got an upgrade. Only downside was it got a bit warm in the afternoon. All in all, a grand place!

The hotel is ideally located close to the beach and the airport. The room was well-maintained. The facilities included a great workout room and perfect housekeeping.

The kitchen could have used more utensils for self-catering options.

I spent two nights enjoying a room with a balcony and a kitchenette, which allowed me to make my own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the nice location close to local shops and public transport. I did encounter some warmth in the afternoons due to the lack of air conditioning, but overall, I had a pleasant experience. This stay was a great way to unwind after traveling from Canterbury.
